Hi all.
Has anyone in IBM been on bench for more than 4 months here?
I have been on bench for almost 4 months now & have been getting automated mails asking me to get assigned to a project by searching one by myself, else necessary action might be taken.
And are there any chances of being straightaway fired based on these automated mails?
I would genuinely need an advise from someone who is aware of this kind of situation.
Thanks in advance
Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview. Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.

Well, you must have known something about the assignment. I've been in the position of being assigned an article topic, and it has been up to me to figure out my approach. That's just part of the work, if you're a professional you'll know what to do.
I agree you have to figure things out, but even pros need context to hit the mark. Do you usually just wing it until feedback rolls in?
Ooof, I hate when there is no clear direction. I think that is when I woudl reach out and ask more questions. Sometimes you just have to start writing and see what feedback they give you.
Same! I usually fire off two or three clarifying questions just so I am not writing in the dark. Starting blind feels like gambling with time.
Maybe look at their previous published articles to see tone and goal.
That’s a smart fallback. I often dig through their past work too, but sometimes it still feels like guesswork. Do you think clients actually expect us to decode their style rather than just say it upfront?
