Gave my 2-week notice and Partner has asked me stay an extra 3 days to wrap up a project that I know will be a very long 3 days... I don’t really want to do it but also am afraid of burning bridge. I said yes to the Partner but now kind of regret it. This job has made me sacrifice my health and I don’t want to work those extra 3 days. I wonder what’s the best way to tell them.

We bought a condo in Jan this year. Neither the seller nor the management company disclosed an ongoing project to reinforce balconies (approx. 30k cost to us). I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.
