Depends on so many factors. Service line, professional degree, cost of living. Could be 105k. Could be 220k.

Depends on years of experience largely as well. But yeah what KPMG 1 said is true. A good aggressive ask for M2 in HCOL in a vacuum is 170k I’d say but if you had a JD then it’s too little

I dont understand why there is such a labor shortage. Especially with corporate private sphere jobs that tend to pay well.

If you work at McDonald's and the government will pay you more to not work, I get it. But not higher caliber jobs.

They need me at my job, but I’m being way under paid. I’ve asked twice for a pay increase.
