At a v10 and lateraled second half of last year. I had a super busy dec and Jan and was slow in Feb but didn’t really ask for work bc of that. I also took vacation for a week. Based on these facts and the fact that Feb is a shorter month what’s a reasonable number of hours for me to have billed that can be perceived as “a slower month” but not “he hid from us and didn’t do anything”

How am I working out a part time employees holiday entitlement? The employee works 16 hours a week over 2 days.

LinkedIn is a garbage app where I can’t even post my opinion or experience because it will go against the mainstream ideologies.
