BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

Had a bad showing for case interview about a month ago. I knew the material i just straight up had a bad day. Took feedback in exit interview and feel prepared to reapply for a different role with no cool off time… should I still wait or shoot my shot?
Asking as I am curious if my app will be flagged as I just applied to another role recently.EY-Parthenon

Yes. Depending on your level you max out though. E.g., associates stop accruing at 208 hours. And bereavement days are based on the distance needed to travel I think. Up to 5 days
It does carry over but you accrue time instead of getting 3 or 4 weeks at the beginning of the year and having to use it all. Once you reach a max, you stop accruing time. The amount of time you accrue each month and your max depends on your level and years of service.
Yes there’s bereavement leave.
All of this is in the benefits guide btw.
Also, how many bereavement days do you get at Booz?
Consultant level
Bereavement is 3 days by policy unless you have to travel 150+ miles, then it's 5. Only for immediate family. No aunts, uncles, cousins, or grandparents.
Word, not even grandpa and grandma etc. Wow! Do they even ask for any sort of documentation?
