What are some easy to make, low stress holiday meals for a school holiday staff party? I was "volunteered" by our principal to set it up this year (🙄). So my work has unlimited PTO -global company. I'm based in uk and line manager is in USA. he said I'm taking to much time off and has brought it up with upper management. I have taken in total to date 22 days with 8 (4 include an operation) more to go. My performance is above target. I just feel blindsided.

hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this?
