Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Depends COL and living standards. You won't get much agreement from fish here because most are out of touch and think 200k is minimum wage

Ok but the post said single people. And I live in NYC.
If you want to “live a fantastic life” , money threshold should not be goal. Fantastic life should have goals related to life.
That 200 K will become 400 K which will become 1 mil in a forever loop , if you keep equating quality of life to money you earn.
Specially as a single person
It all depends on where and how you live. Everyone has different priorities. Only you can determine your priorities.
Upper Midwest, I make 140k, and just bought a 350k house (which was a little out of my price range, but I bought when the rates were still below 4). I am comfortable- travel when I want, go to concerts/sports when I want.
