At what point did you begin to set sights on staying long term for partnership potential? Currently assurance and M with a lot of partner support getting here. Big 4 firms are extremely risk averse. It obviously depends on the infraction but this considerably decreases your viability as a candidate, especially if it is for inappropriate behavior or financial malfeasance.
