I find myself feeling like my team is toxic, but not in the way you’d usually say a work environment is toxic. Everyone’s friendly and a team player but there’s a certain pressure placed on our team by management to be number 1 (which we are, in our respective region). Everyone I talk to on the team feels stressed and burned out, EYE feel super stressed. It’s this pressure to over-perform that has me wondering if it’s really as bad as I think it is or if this is just what sales is?

AdTech Sales - Account Executive. No experience in Sales, but was in client services with my company for 10 years.

Base 142 with 100% match, so 284 OTE. Accelerators after 100, which doubles up to 125. (101 to goal will garner 102 in commission, 105 will 110, caps out at 125 so max is 150% commission)

Q1 is looking good already so feel good about things. But curious if this is a good deal.

Looking to get into SaaS sales but my experience is in construction and fine furniture (I was a sales manager and was able to lead my team of 4 people to consistently hit 450k monthly targets). I’m transitioning back into the tech space after working in education the last five years. When applying to a remote Customer Success role, what would be a rough range to ask for salary, bonus, stock options? Quite a few companies are asking for this in applications.

I met with the person who will be leading NA sales, and do not think hes the right person for the job. Not someone I think I can learn much from.

Would you share this with the Head of B2B? Or is it not my place?
