It likely depends on the sales cycle. If the sales cycle is short ( <= 1 month), the impact is understandable. If it’s a quarter or beyond a sales rep could plan for that in advance. Irrespective a sales organization should be able to plan for such a dip in advance. Not to mention most industries see a dip at the beginning of summer, something which is usually planned for in advance.
