Hello 🦈s,
Role: SAP ABAP
Current: 8 LPA
I am having offer from LTI for 10.5 Fixed & 1 Mouritech for 12 LPA Fixed.
I have also cleared PwC India interview & HR has told me that they can give me 10.5 as Fixed (Before 12 offer). I have not yet received the offer letter.
Now my question is will PwC consider this offer for the re-negotiation? Or will they not release the offer letter itself?
Also what should be my ask for a SAP ABAP Developer with experience of 3.3 Years?
Thanks in Advance 🙏

Got married at 25. Wife works in the industry.
25 now, been with gf for 1 year. I want to say by 28-29
F. Got married at 29. Still in consulting at 36 with two kids. I won't pretend it's easy but I haven't found an alternative I'm good with yet and my husband likes the paycheck. I make 2.5 times what he does.
Why does making less automatically translate to looking after kids more?
Lol @EY1, I feel ya
Do you stay in industry after marriage
D1 how do you feel about making more than your man? Does he contribute more towards looking after the kids?
Because both parents have to contribute equally?
Got married at 26. Husband is not in consulting.
26, M, just broke up with 2 year gf. Plan was get married by like 28 but not sure that's feasible now haha
I don't get the logic again. May be someone is paid less but has a more demanding job like in the healthcare. You can't exactly quantify everything monetarily. If that's going to be your attitude, I look forward to hearing about your divorce shortly.
I definitely would not say he contributes more at home. I don't mind making more as we split all the bills but I just save more. I am jealous he doesn't have to travel and has a better commute.
D1 how do you handle being away from your kids? I Foresee myself on a similar path as you but don't know if I'd ever be able to do it
Most of my projects are local so I would say travel is 25-40%. We also have help at home. That's a life and marriage saver.
