So wanted to confirm the hierarchy is totally depends on teams to teams or there is a fixed hierarchy.

How long does it takes for you to feel confident on what you are doing at FDD? Essentially I am not trying to stay at FDD forever but want to make sure that I learn all the necessary skills before I go.

Tricare Q:

Vets using Tricare with a family. I’m out and can use Tricare with the VA, but my wife and I each use our company offerings for our family; which obviously come at cost. Is it worth it to switch to Tricare? Has anyone done this and can share details? Positives/negatives?

What is a fair salary/hourly for a kitchen manager in Tampa FL? Small kitchen with 3 to 4 kitchen assistants. Kitchen is open 50 hours a week. Manager has full creative license and has no one above them in the chain of command outside of owners.

I feel like I've been lowballed, can someone explain the below breakdown please?

Base salary: 60k
Quarterly quota (per quarter): 107k
Quarterly bonus (per annum): 23k
130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)
"Proposed 23% commission on 150% quota minus base": 86.5k
Sales commission threshold per month: 22k
OTE: 122k
Cost/Sales: 28%

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30. Curious as to how many deals at once is typical for a first year associate to take on (M&A, mostly private equity clients). Deal size is lower middle market and I’ve worked on deals ranging from $1-$110M. 2 deals at once is plenty for me, but it seems like my peers are able to take on more than that at once and still do fine. So I had 3 deals scheduled to either close end of May or mid June which were all pushed to end of June/beginning of July. Which is when I have my first vacation planned for over a year (I take 0 time off). My whole family is flying up and we’re renting a cabin near me. What do I do? I’m running one of the deals, semi running the other one and not doing much leading on the other one. Note: I was supposed to not be running any of these. Do I find a back up first or tell the partners first?
