I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

Any and all thoughts about essence partners?
No offense 🥲

Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Can you be more specific about “corporate transactional”? Broadly, I recommend the following books:
1. Working with Contracts by Charles Fox
2. Negotiating and Drafting Contract Boilerplate by Tina Fox
3. A Manuel of Style for Contract Drafting by Ken Adams
Then there are annotated purchase and sale agreements, stock purchase agreements, and loan agreements that help bring all those topics together (found in some places online but the ABA offers them as well). Finally, I would recommend, after reading these books, looking up on the SEC’s website how V50 firms handle certain documents and you will quickly see patterns and areas that get negotiated.
A1 - you are amazing, thank you for taking the time to post that advice! Can’t tell you how much I appreciate it 🙏🏼
