Boo freakin hoo.

EXL…. A tatti company. Please don’t ever join.
Calm down! :))

McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.
Nice try Accenture.

I ama post this on LinkedIn

Like, I dunno man, you okay...?

LinkedIn has to end

Had to do it! Oldie but it sums it up🤣

A little bit of motivation for us all.

This guy has the worst posts…

Nah, this is legit. Recruiters are the first ones cut in layoffs and they have no obligation to answer your messages, follow up with every candidate, or provide you bespoke comms when you get rejected.
Actual ghosting — meaning they told you they’d be in touch and then they never respond again is unprofessional and unacceptable.
Problem is a lot of people think ghosting is when you email somebody and they don’t respond to you.
In the time he spent posting, he could have sent messages to people letting them know they had been passed on.
Probably the type who will rant about lack of updates if he was looking for a job himself.
Can you imagine a consultant posting something similar?
"A lot of us have been fired, so don't expect me to respond to your email in the middle of the engagement, I'll get back to you when the engagement is concluded. I'm worried about being laid-off, stress is too high."
I'm not in consulting, just imagining, don't come at me, lol.
Apparently Richie thinks posting a 10+ year old, over-used Liam Neeson quote is clever.
If that red flag doesn’t make you question his ‘particular set of skills’ as a recruiter I don’t know what does.
Actual ghosting is not cool and most recruiters I work with go into overtime to ensure they get back to every candidate they are supposed to.
I’m not even a recruiter and you wouldn’t believe the amount of entitled and demanding inmails I get about speaking about a job opening and when I reply I am not able to, the harassment to share contact info of my colleagues. I’ve stopped replying to messages altogether, although there are few exceptions where I want to help a kind stranger. So I 1000% agree that no one owes you a response just because you found someone’s LinkedIn inbox.
