Unpopular opinion but I think consulting rewards people who can talking confidently about topics even when they have limited knowledge (aka bullshitting). So if your usual mode of operation is speaking up when you're 80% confident then lower that threshold to 20%. And learn to be a bit narsassistic so you can be more confident 👍
Agree with fake it til you make it (see Amy Cuddy) but boo to the loudest voice.
Pyramid principle
Pyramid principle is simple enough, you can pick it up in 5 minutes of reading online. Anyone read the book and found it worth it? I couldn’t imagine a whole book about it (though the technique itself has proven invaluable).

Join toastmasters club so you can start practising the skill instead
OP, click on her site. She has a book you can buy. Should be same stuff as the course minus the live practice/filming. You need that too but this will get you started.
