My mom and dad are separating (bad terms) and not speaking, but my mom asks me about him everyday. She knows I don’t want to talk to him or about him, but continues to bring it up everyday.. In an upward trajectory after getting over a bad breakup last year. I’m in an excellent place by all accounts, soaring professionally, and got an excellent job lined up as the next step. Even though I started dating again, I have zero motivation to commit. The mental peace that I’ve gained is so great, I’d rather be alone and just focus on me.
