Mental health is as essential as physical health, yet it often remains a taboo subject. Negative perceptions and misconceptions about mental illness create a culture of silence and shame, preventing people from seeking the help they need.

I understand that there was a lot of stigma around mental health until like 5-10 years ago. But don't you think that by now there's hardly any stigma at all around these issues? I feel like at this point, meeting someone who doesn't have a mental health diagnosis is more rare that meeting someone with one. Am I wrong in assuming this?
