Can anyone recommend a good meditation app?

Any recommendations for Sleep trackers? Looking at Oura Ring, Fitbit, etc. I care more about sleep features than daily activity.

Anyone else seeing an uptick in ED visits now? We are getting pretty busy with really sick (non-COVID) people. And A LOT of mental health patients.

Pregnant wife is having small portion meals lately, so i asked why she is eating less than usual. She read somewhere that eating too much can lead to oversized baby, making the delivery more painful, so it looks like she may be controlling the portion because of this. Is not eating enough a cause for concern?

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?
