Hello, I have an offer from Publicis Sapient for their product management internship program. Wondering if anyone has any insight into the program (exits, etc) and how the return offer looks like in terms of salary. I still also hold an interest in data science so might go with another offer but I’m not sure if it is a wise choice to let go of a PM offer while I have it.

I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Consider getting help with addiction now that you recognize it's impacting a foundation skill of holding a job. When habits interfere with daily life it's time to get help.
Companies almost always do urine tests as hair follicle tests are quite expensive. What drugs are we talking about btw? Feel free to DM if you don’t feel comfortable replying.
Worked for Cigna before, they have historically done a urine.
No idea but most companies that do drug tests are for illegal drugs and urine testing

Applied for a role on 6/17/25. Had 3 interviews (last one on 7/23). It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard back. Is this expected?
Never heard of any company doing a hair follicle test. If it's MJ you're worried about, I'd just take a few weeks break between now and finding out if you get the job? I never quite understand why people are so worried about this because you can just stop for a little while before they do the test and it doesn't show up, right?
THC can show up in a hair follicle test for up to 90 days
Depends on where they office is located but recently if marijuana is legal in that state it's not a problem and usually it's mouth swab
