Talking about the US - - $5 health insurance co-pay and being able to expensive flights on any card of your choice

US based. Recently left and the entire benefits package was very hard to leave. I have a chronic condition so the $5 basically anything health insurance and unlimited sick time were pure gold. I even used STD at one point and it was incredibly beneficial. That being said, you “pay” for benefits from your WLB.
The first class flights and other travel perks were also pretty sweet when we were traveling. Of course they’ll probably kill those after Covid sometime soon. A lot of recent moves have felt like belt tightening.
Lol are you going in as an admin assistant? Who has ever cared about MBB perks beyond $$$ and clout.
