Can you exit to an industry strategy role even if you're not doing "strategy" projects at your firm?

2. DTICI (Daimler Truck Innovation Center India - Mercedes-Benz Group) (Product based) - Pricipal Consultant

Accepted an offer for a senior consultant position but I’m regretting accepting it so quickly as I should’ve asked for a manager title. Is there anyway to politely ask for them to consider a title change or even a mid year promotion? I haven’t started yet.

How do you all balance your years of experience with the role you’re in? I’m only 26 but leading a small contract on my own. I’m not unhappy with my salary but I’m sure anyone else in my position would make substantially more than I am, where my years of experience are a limiting factor. Thoughts/advice?

Second year as manager and expect a bonus to be paid on 9/30 of about 7% on $150K. Meanwhile, getting close to an industry offer with same pay, 10-20% bonus, stock options. Fully remote. At this point I would not be inclined to wait until 9/30 to get that bonus but should I try to ask for a sign in bonus for the industry position?
