I’m a certified Health Coach (my training/courses are CCE-accredited by the International Coach Federation) w/ a BS in Psychology. I got a temp to hire starting at $18/hr. It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. The position is remote & I’d like $20/hr. I’ve invested in myself as a coach & plan to complete board certification by early 2023

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? I had a call w/ a recruiter and after hearing about the job, I *really* want it. But I’m worried I priced myself out of the role. I sent my resume/portfolio after and haven’t even gotten a reply that she received it, and I’ve followed up. I’ve been getting recruiter messages offering salaries up to 120k for copy/senior copy roles (which surprised me) so I gave 110-120 as a range on the call. She hesitantly said she thought 115 would be OK. But wondering if the salary could be the issue? Thought?
