How do I ask for a role change? I currently work as a designer for a company and when I have down time I work on social media for the company. Social media doesn’t seem to be a huge focus at the moment but there is a lot of potential in the industry. How do I go about asking to run social media full time instead?

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

First time BDR here 3 months into my role and really struggling to book qualified meetings. The BDR that had my territory last was one of the worst performing on the team and since he inherited a new territory he’s been a top performer. Hi! I’ve started to consult a new agency, an 8 month contract ending Dec,2020.
The client is to ‘pay’ me in art plus a retainer reduced by over 60% of my standard rate (because of the painting.
Art=1 piece at the end of the contract, but only if I complete the entire contract. IF I don’t stay on/company doesn’t get off the ground or relationship doesn’t work out, he can sever the contract. He is difficult & volatile and has yet to give me a contract 1 month in. Have I agreed to a bad deal? help
