When we were recruited, the role was consistently described as a "pilot process," and our offer letters did not indicate that the positions were tied to a short-term project with uncertain continuity. Based on the information provided during onboarding many of us accepted the opportunity believing it to be a process-based role with reasonable stability. We left existing jobs and joined. Now we are on PDP as the project has ended.

It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.
