I have a looming sense of self hatred. I take medication I workout and do all the things to feel good, but it’s just stuck there. Constantly thinking I’m trash, in a bad person, etc. Feeling guilty for things idek if I should feel guilty about. This is a privileged problem and I know it’s minuscule to compared to the actual struggles of so many people in the US and abroad. Just wondering if anyone has felt this as well and if so, how do you get rid of that self hatred?

When people ask if this is your first, do you share that it’s not your first pregnancy? Went for a pre-employment drug test yesterday. They never asked me if I was on any medications. I got my masters in water resource engineering where I was coding a decent amount for assignments and it has really stuck with me. I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
