Anybody else feel unnecessarily guilty when emailing your manager that you are taking a sick day? Idk why but I always feel like even though it’s completely normal, that it is being judged negatively.

Finally had a breakdown over infertility this AM and trying to pull myself together for Zoom. My tests are fine, but husband can’t deliver during my fertile window. I feel so hopeless with every month that goes by, and he doesn’t have any sense of urgency when HE is the one who wants kids more than I do. Just needed to vent.

Anyone else feel like they’re always exhausted 🙃 any tips to get out of this funk?

I had my Walmart interview today and it went really well. And guess what? I got a rejection email.
I felt dizziness while working and fell down today.
I had to go to the doctor due to the anxiety and stress I was carrying since the last 2 months. It has affected my health.

I went to the lease this last weekend. Not one drop of alcohol was had. That was the closest I’ve come to caving. 4 wheelers, killing dinner with big guns, doing manly things in God’s country. Beer is an absolute necessity during these events. Anyhow, I didn’t drink. Proud of myself. Monumental moment for me.

Any meditation stories on recovery anyone willing to share? Did you have break through moments during meditation?

For those of you who had miscarriages after IVF, was there an underlying cause? Did you do genetic testing of your embryos? Did you do frozen or fresh transfer? Are there any ways to minimise chances of miscarriage during ivf?

To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?

In college/grad school I always had a meal plan which made it super easy to get food. Then right after grad school I went right into consulting which I’ve always expensed meals or eaten out.

Now being at home, I have to adult by finding and making food myself - this sucks! 🤣😫

So really the only exercise I can tolerate is boxing, and those exercises around it. Any thoughts on replicating what I can find at my local boxing gym while on the road?

What do you all do to make non-professional / personal connections? Particularly with the Coronavirus, and being in domestic relations, I wake up, go to work, work out, go home. So outside of law, my interactions with people are only at the gym given that my area is draining— particularly at the moment. Probably a good thing for now; but if we take coronavirus out of the equation, I’m interested what others in the community do to develop personal connections.

I feel this bowl is very much dead. No one posts anything and not much responses to any posts. I would really appreciate if people working in this sector share their experiences and help the struggling ones.
