Coworker keeps talking to me about politics. I have told him I am uncomfortable talking about politics in the office as well as mentioning that these conversations give me headaches. More recently he told me that I have the power to convert him to be more politically left leaning. I hate these conversations and hate getting heated in the workplace, but I also have a drive to make the world more progressive and by him telling me I make an impact on him it puts me in an uncomfortable position.

Ignore my title, I'm an analyst.

I've been working here for over a year and my associate basically never does a thing. I get I'm the analyst but I'm the only one on my team. I pull together every page.

My associate does minimal reviewing, if even, usually it goes straight to my vp. And even my vp has pulled pages together.

Is it valid to ask my vp to chat about this? I'm not even expecting a 50/50 but pulling even 1% of the pages would make me not want to shoot myself

Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?
