Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

In-house creative here 👋
When I was job searching I noticed a lot of places don’t list their recruiters on LinkedIn. It could be what ACD1 is saying, things do tend to be siloed so the recruiter is really only doing a high level screen before shooting your resume over to the hiring manager. That means sometimes even good resumes get passed over unfortunately. But you might have better luck if you tailor your resume to every application and mention your skills in the same verbiage they’re using on the job posting. Helps the recruiters who are just skimming find their keywords easier.
I found better luck with tech startups than with big tech companies. The bigger companies took 3+ months to respond to me, and by then I already had a job. So if you want a big tech company, just be patient!
I found a bunch of really awesome roles at smaller tech companies and startups with Otta.com this year, actually heard back from most recruiters, and ended up at a role I found on there.

I’ve worked for two of the “big ones”, and both times I got in by freelancing first. If they like you, they’ll prob ask you to stay.
Applying over LinkedIn job postings can be defeating. You should do it, but don’t expect to hear back.

Wish I could help. In-house is often so ridiculously siloed by department and skillsets that one type of in-house recruiter has no idea how to go about contacting their counterpart in another department. So even if you are somehow able to get in touch with a copy recruiter, they won’t be able to tell you who the recruiter is in the art department. It’s insane.
A friend of mine got into Amazon by applying online.
In-house recruiters for big tech companies and startups have cold emailed me or reached out to me on LinkedIn—that’s how I got my current job. I’ve also gotten interviews in-house by applying on LinkedIn. A lot of it might have to do with your keywords so make sure they’re relevant to the type of company you want to work for.
