After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

I have 2 offers, one from JPMC ( LOB IS Consumer and Community Banking) and the other from Wells Fargo. Both are giving similar roles, and exactly same pay. Location is Hyderabad. I tried for revision of pay but it didn't work.
Could anyone help me understand which one is better to join in terms of hikes, technology used and work life balance. I have to join on Tuesday, 16 Aug.

Amex Platinum hands down. Priority Pass lounges are barely better than just sitting in the terminal. Only thing is Amex platinum lounges are only in certain airports / terminals whereas Priority Pass lounges are more abundant.
Both Amex and Chase get you priority pass. Amex gets you additional access to centurion and delta/united (need to choose one I think)
Second Amex Platinum. I also have both.
Reasons: AmEx lounge, delta lounge (when flying delta), uberx vip, Hilton gold, SPG gold
CSR has much better point redemptions. I would get both. With the travel credits and other goodies, the effective price is closer to $150 each for the annual fee
CSR has priority pass, but it’s often denied in large US airports like JFK
amex plat, have both
I have both, thinking about dropping amex next year. Never use the right terminal at LGA to benefit from Centurion.

Do some proper flying and you won’t need that perk on your credit card... get a credit card that gives you mines or other perks instead
