Not proud of it, but same. I’m mentally drained at the end of the day. Hoping springtime, more sunshine and warmer weather gets me outdoors more. Gotta get moving!

I've been very off and on about my fitness routine. I go through phases where I'm exactly like this where after work I just want to lay down and not get up.
it's tough, but I have to remind myself that I usually do feel more energetic after a workout or yoga classes!
I used to be a fitness freak in my early years and then some life events kind of set me back. I started rotting and anything I tried, I would lose interest in eventually. I’m now trying to get back into routine as I have realized I am way more productive- physically and mentally when I have a fitness routine.
I think it's also important to remember that you don't have to compete with your past self! The routine can change in rigor, structure and format and still bring great benefits

Hiking has been a good motivator in the past. Got me into great shape before.
I’m a total meathead and lift heavy weights 5 days a week for 1.5 hrs (mornings) it sets me mentally and physically for the day.
I’m usually up at 5 am. I also have a short commute (15 minutes).
