Current NY Big Law Associate thinking about potentially making the move to Texas (Dallas, Austin, Houston) Big Law. Did anyone here move from a different market? Would you be willing to chat about you leaving experience?

My current tech stack is Microsoft Powerapps, PowerBI, Powerautomate administration.
But when I search to switch jobs in the same, the options are very less. Why? Can anyone suggest? or, what exactly should I search for related jobs?

Should i change my domain? or, Should i study something else in the same domain to get jobs???

The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
