Currently in a senior manager PMM position at a startup with 4 years of PMM experience (9 years of work experience). I started as an associate PMM and have been promoted every year and now manage a team of PMMs. I’m being poached by a big corporate company but their levels are different. They are looking to hire for a PMM in a “manager” position. The pay is $10k higher than my base with a $30-40k variable upside (bonus). Would you take it even if it’s a lateral move from a title position?

Has anyone moved from MBB to investment team in PE and regret it? I hear the work as an associate could be more tedious and WLB worse

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.

If Amazon or any other FAANG/large co gets back to me, is there an acceptable way to not burn bridges with new job and accept or delay start date with FAANG? Or fuck it just hop?
