I can help you! They are in the Ops practice and will often do similar/same work as Ops consultants. However, if we have a stand alone at a company, it will often be the MI person.

McKinsey is a different kind of implementation it seems, not sure if Deloitte does what's described up in the link

If you want to do implementation, isn't it better to stick with a firm where implementation is a critical path (I.e.where the $$ is)?...such as Deloitte. But I guess it's always good to explore different options. Good luck with the interview.

How have you helped a spouse manage burnout/depression? My spouse is/was primary care giver for our 2 as well as his mother in senior care.

Older is back in school, I do school for the younger unvaccinated child (+60 hrs. work) we sent his mom away for the summer but he’s had no real or lasting improvement

we are on a multiple waiting lists for therapists and while I am pro App therapy, he’s struggling to commit to that resource.

Any Ideas?
