Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Sounds like it's money and a title increase, which is more valid. If you think you'll mesh more with the Deloitte culture, I'd say go for it. You aren't too far into your career so building a new network shouldn't be hard. But really make sure the fit is right because the grass isn't always greener...
Isn't the project your job at Accenture?
Yup I usually work on PD on Friday's and crank out client work M-Th
Currently an analyst. I will be promoted this year to senior analyst but I'm currently interviewing at Deloitte to skip right to C (as a specialist) Realistically this would be ~85k at ACN vs ~96k at Deloitte. I would have to build a network again at Deloitte but the raise would be nice.
@PwC1, not completely. I'm really involved in practice development and my practice is awesome.
Which is most firms is 15-20% of your overall time?
If you are just an analyst then you have been with the firm for a year. If you have been here for more than 18 months and still just an analyst then you are probably not as awesome as you think you are. The analyst to senior analyst promotion is pretty much a time thing. Only real screw ups don't get that promotion. The analyst to senior analyst promotion are twice a year. Since you have only been here for a year I would seriously question why you are moving you have barely gotten your feet wet with the firm.
If u get the job, ask for 110. That's supposed to be the range at Consultant for Deloitte Consulting (not advisory). Or so I hear...
@A2, you are right. I've only been at ACN for a year. I started at ACN as a new grad. However, in college I worked full time doing what I do now (in eCommerce). I'm a tech/digital consultant for context.
@A3, sorry should have clarified that I'm in Deloitte Digital.
@A3, going for Deloitte digital*
@OP specialist in what?
DD is part of consulting, so u should try and get that range
