Currently interviewing with a competitor only to get more money. Besides being on a shit project, I love my job at Accenture and have a strong network. Is more money a valid reason to leave?

3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.
