Hi all,
I’m looking to relocate to Seattle. Does anyone know if any of the Big 4 are still recruiting campus hires to start in Summer/Fall 2023? I’m open to either Audit or Tax, but I have internship experience in Tax.
I applied and received an offer at a Big 4 in San Francisco (campus hire), but I’ve decided Seattle is the better fit for me as it will be closer to my hometown and family in Vancouver.
Thanks!

Well obviously Dallas cant compete with SD in terms of weather, lifestyle etc :) (lived in SD for a year and 2 in Dallas)
I didn’t “live” in SD but I was on a long-term project there. Dallas is… okay. Cheap but boring as all hell. I often say it’s an okay place to “settle”
We have lakes with “beaches” but those aren’t at all comparable to the real beaches in CA. No mountains to speak of. Food scene is probably about the same though, just more spread out here. (Better BBQ by a long shot, just don’t expect to find French fries in burritos here)
As for driving, lot more potholes and toll roads, and the drivers are much more reckless, hostile, and aggressive here compared to Southern California. On the upside though, we’re much better connected air-wise though than SAN, with DFW being an American hub (and their HQ) and DAL being Southwest’s HQ, if you’re a frequent traveler.
Yeah - it seems like the best part about Dallas is how easy it is to get away.
