So I’m having my 3rd interview on Thursday with a company that I previously interviewed with for a different role that they ended up going with an internal candidate after it came down to he and I. Im meeting with the person who would be my boss, who I had met with before and the recruiter is saying it’s just so we can reconnect and discuss the role in more detail. How should I approach this meeting?

I had a job interview that went really well on 3/31. After the interview I connected with the CRO on 4/12 a Tues. He informed me that it’s between me & another candidate. He said he would get back with on Friday with an update. I assumed he was referring to the 15th which was Good Friday. However, I never heard from him so I sent a follow up email this Monday the 18th and haven’t heard back… at this point should I continue waiting or email their internal recruiter? I don’t want to seem desperate

Has anyone interviewed with The Siegfried Group ? Their pitch sounded more like an MLM than an accounting firm for me ($15k bonuses for referring new talent, plus a free vacation if you refer 3?)
