Do Amex provide relocation expenses ?
My wife has her joining date extended from Randstad and no joining date has been provided. What are the chances of her offer getting revoked. She has around 1 year of experience in HR. She got to know about this just on the last day of her notice period. She doesnt have any other offer as she didnt expect the joining date to get extended. Randstad. If anyone is open for hiring, please let me know. I can share it with her. Morningstar Tata Consultancy Accenture JPMorgan Chase Wells Fargo Infosys

TN visas are very easy to obtain especially for tech degrees. Companies at large companies understand TN is very easy but for smaller companies, they may be less receptive. How you can overcome the barrier is by having a very good understanding of how the TN process works and communicating that confidently. I had a lawyer ready at stand by and told the companies I am okay to cover the fees. Large companies cover this cost usually.
Thanks for your input! I do have a sense that the smaller companies aren't aware... I've also met 3rd party recruiters and recruiters for large companies who don't seem to be familiar with the TN so I like your thought to get very prepared about it.
In my experience, companies are very receptive because it means less work on their part. Definitely don't let it be a barrier or stop you from applying.
I would answer ‘Yes’ to that question. TN is not a sponsorship.
it’s easy to get a TN, and many companies who say they don’t sponsor visas will still sponsor a TN.
feel free to DM me, i’ve worked in the US for the last 5 years on 3 different TNs so far
I'm not a recruiter, but from life experience I have learned a company will do whatever it takes to get you on their team, if they love you as a candidate. Apply, apply, apply!
Thanks for the encouragement!
Is a TN possible with just an undergraduate degree in engineering?
yeah, “engineer” is one of the titles that’s approved, here’s the full list.

sometimes when USCIS agents are being picky, computer science grads get rejected because their offer letter says “software developer” instead of “engineer”
