Sounds like you need an adjustment on dosage perhaps? Unsure of the context here or what the current management processes are in place for you.
That could be an effect, usually they want you to keep dosage consistent for best effect. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.
I was on meds my entire childhood and was constantly late because the meds put me in a hyper focus state that time didn’t matter. I’ve been off meds since college and now as a result of being late for all those years my new hyper focus is time I am never too far from a clock I always wear a watch (which I never did before) my outlook calendar is my best friend.
At the time on or off meds didn’t matter I was always late.
My opinion is that meds make it easier in a lot of ways for us to focus better and slow down that we don’t have to be so focused on time because we are more efficient but then that leads us to forget about time all together. It’s a vicious cycle.
The meds don’t erase the symptoms they are simply an aid to help you manage the symptoms you still have to use your other coping mechanisms even with meds.
Also to address your question about reducing doses. I only took my meds on days when I was going to school no weekends no summers and never noticed a difference in performance when restarting at one point I was up to 80mg of adderall. Adderall is a heavy duty stimulant that does not bioaccumulate. But! Stratera does bioaccumulate and you need to be very consistent with not only your dose and taking it every day, but taking it at the same time every day in order for you to have maximum effectiveness.
It's absolutely not my experience that time blindness doesn't happen when unmedicated. My entire unmedicated life I was running late for everything, and suffered from horrible procrastination and poor time management.
Can time blindness sometimes be worse on meds, yes. Certainly if you've gotten really dialed in and focused on some tasks.

Fair enough. In my experience I set up structures and processes that solved for this when off meds
