Deloitte 🐠 Can you please tell, what is the cost for the health insurance for employee + family and what are the different coverage options (e.g. 80/90/100 % plans) ?

So today was my first day on a stimulant (diagnosed as an adult), and everyone says its suppose to feel like *boom* magic, or normal (?) , I guess. Knowing that is figurative, what should I actually be expecting? I feel mostly the same, I think, though I came in and actually did started my work today. But I mean, somedays I do that...I just don't want to psyche myself out if I'm expecting too much. Or pscyhe myself in if I actually might not be experiencing what I should.

I wanted to get your thoughts on the following:
1. Health Insurance for your parents (assuming they are 60+)
2. Term life options for myself (under 30)

I recently went through a medical family emergency and realised how important insurance is. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Received a job offer. Was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on a concern I had about it. It's an entry level position, and I don't have much experience. The billables are 2040 a year. For billable hours in civil litigation and insurance defense, is 2040 hours for a 1st year associate on the high end in this field for a small or midsize firm? It seems like most attorneys I know have minimum requirements of around 1800. The compensation is around 80k a year.

Anyone else have a need to exercise daily? A lot of people judge me in a negative way and in reality it is because my ADHD brain needs it. 1) the consistency for schedule 2) exercise can help tone down the symptoms before I sit down for the work day 3) it is the only thing I can control to make it look like I am not a mess (disorganization, interrupting) - basically trying to stay in the game at work based on perception of “having it together”. Just wondering if anyone faces the challenges.

Since i noticed majority of young people currently want to work for FAANG, startups, crypto, Unicorns, want to open their own things, etc. I guess in 2000s and 2010s consulting was a top choice for graduates. Friend introduced me to a poc at a role I’d potentially be interested in, but background check would take 6-12 months. Just got promotion at current firm and feeling content to stay. I’d be interested in the other company in the near future, ie 1-2 years.
