I don't want to go back to school and start over with that process. I’m looking to to get into the tech industry. I’ve worked in construction 10+ years and have recently obtained a BSBA, CSM and PMP. Any advice? I’d like to learn the basics what developers do the in the outs so if hired I’d actually be a valuable team member. Should I try DEV boot camp or something similar?

I am trying to figure out how to switch to SWE. I have a masters in civil engineering and have a good background in higher level math. It looks like the better coding boot camps are quite expensive. The alternative is another masters in CS which is the same cost as many boot camps. Any recommendations on picking between a coding boot camp and getting another masters degree in CS? I’m looking to get into the best position possible after getting an education in CS (get a job quick and good pay).

One of my friend who is a doctor & is an international med graduate. He passed his United States Medical Licensing Exams with above average scores. He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I feel his pain as he has studied for 10+ yrs and is struggling to match nw. I m nt sure hw I can help
