Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

Calling you to join hands, as we raise funds to show them a token of gratitude with a small care package.

Considering that Accenture only increased my salary from 75k to 81k in 3 years makes me want to leave. Seems like raises and bonuses are better elsewhere
Half of my starting class a few weeks ago was ACN folks. D is the better company. Take the 25% and run !
Ok, in that case yes. Wtf is 6k in 3 yrs
You won't get a raise at D for a full year so if that's still worth it good. Also, the initiatives will help you round out skills
That 3 year salary increase sounds low tbh
A1, been through two cycles and rated above for both. They're blaming it on slow revenue growth since I'm in resources.
OP, was in the same boat as you not too long ago (salary, tenure at ACN) and made the switch. No regrets at all
OP the raises sound terrible. You need to jump ship ASAP
D is great OP as is 25%. Firm initiatives are not that bad there. Just do recruiting and couple proposals. Help u meet ppl. I still do all that at acn even tho it's not mandated
You can always see if Accenture will match
I also think D tend to have better projects and roles. I am looking to jump ship as well.
If you are rated above last two years, then get promoted in December to consultant, get your promotion raise, then leave to Deloitte with10-20% on top of that. Also, Point blank ask your CC if you are positioned for promotion.
25% is not much. Is it worth leaving a place where everyone knows you, to another place where you have to prove yourself from scratch?
Like lower than normal for here
D3, that's reassuring. Seems like a lot of ex-ACNers at Deloitte are enjoying the transition
Not going to lie the firm initiatives is an adjustment coming from Accenture. So is the expectation of going into the office on Fridays. But if the dollars make sense... Just put in the time and effort required.
Also just like ACN and all other consulting companies you get staffed through your network. So the quality of roles really depends on your network. If you depend on your TFS or at Deloitte your resource manager you will likely not get the projects you want. I will say ACN uses their open roles tool more efficiently... Deloitte is working on it but again network is where you get staffed.
If you're not strategy at Accenture, I'd bail. Our MC raises are a joke.
Wait are you still an analyst? After 2 years you should are be a consultant by now. Analyst start around 75 in SF
Your raises are waaaaay below average. I actually considered and accepted an offer from D to make the switch earlier this year, informed my MD and he immediately countered resulting in a fairly significant raise at ACN (~25%).
