Do all Marriott brands provide free gym shoes during your stay or is that just the Westin?

Has anyone gotten matched to Delta diamond from EP or 1K? In our status match program it shows platinum as the highest tier for matching. Any tricks?

Best Marriott in Boston? Ideally cat 5 or 6. Headed up there for a weekend to be touristy with the gf.
