If your PA firms offer paternity leave, what happens if your child is born in the middle of the busy season, will they allow you to take paternity leave then or will they tell you to wait until busy season ends. So I recently accepted a 12 month contract-hire position at a much larger company. Pay is more than 50% of my salary, and benefits/401k is covered by the recruiting agency.
