After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept. What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Yes I keep a spreadsheet and also save all the job descriptions bc often you can’t find it later when you’ve forgotten the exact role after applying to multiple!

That’s a really good point. I’ve definitely run into the issue where the job posting disappears by the time they reach back out, and then I’m trying to piece together what I even applied for. Saving the job description is something I need to start doing more consistently.
If you create your resumes via Teal, it can help you track the jobs you’ve applied for as well as provide feedback on how well you match the role. This is the most helpful resource I’ve come across since actively pursuing new roles. It’s a jungle out there now with AI and remote workplace options. It’s increasingly difficult to even get thru automated screening filters and stand out amongst hundreds of competing applications. Good luck- we all need some!!
I’ve not used this tool before. Thanks for the tip!
Yeah, I keep track of all my applications. LinkedIn has actually improved its tracker a lot lately, though the best way is still using other platforms. For example, when you apply through sites like Jack&Jill, they have an automatic tracker built-in, which makes things so much easier and search for you 24/7
Alternatively, you can download all your data directly from your LinkedIn account privacy settings. It gives you a zipped folder containing a CSV file with your entire application history.
Tracking everything is super useful, but honestly, there are job boards out there that are just way easier to manage and apply through. That said, looking for a job remains a full-time job in itself

That’s really helpful, especially the LinkedIn data download tip. I didn’t realize you could pull your full application history that way. I agree though, tracking is useful, but the whole process still ends up feeling like a job on top of a job.
