Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

I take lunch to work. It's to save money and be healthier. I've found that I buy trash food for myself if I go out and buy lunch. It's much better this way. I highly recommend getting into the habit of it.
My work gives me a lunch allowance so I never bring lunch.
Oh wow nice
I take mine every day. It's mostly just in an effort to eat healthier. Like everyone else's, my diet tends to slip around the holiday season, so I've been trying to rein it back in now that we're into the new year. Knowing the nutrition of everything I'm eating each day helps me stay on top of my fitness goals.
I bring my lunch primarily to save money and secondary to eat healthier. When I need to get away from the office, I’ll eat out something like Jason’s Deli or phò
I usually grab breakfast then grind. I find my mind is not my own until I'm off the clock or done with my assignment depending on the current pay metric. Then dinner. Sometimes I stop the action for a break though. Flexibility is kind of important.
I take lunch for both reasons, to save money and healthier options. When I buy lunch it usually costs about $15 to $25 and I’m usually still hungry 🤣🤣
I take lunch to work for multiple reasons. 1. Much healthier food. 2. I can control the portion sizes - restaurants tend to overfill plates. 3. Save money.
I do, because I’m poor lol. Everything so expensive!
tbh, saving money, also for a healthy food. But mainly saving money. since 2022 started seeing how much I was spending previous 3 years and how the price of the food is increasing is not a good option. Also, having a budget monthly, so that I can eat near to my office perhaps 1 day per week (at most)
Our office provides lunch, always a meat option, a veggie option, a vegan option, salad bar and dessert. That said I base if off the options that are provided for the day via the calendar. I plan the weekend before and stick to my plan and prep ahead of time so im not worrying about it during the week.
My main decider is health. While we have the non meat options, they can range from super healthy to fried okra and the like. Eating out in general is super unhealthy so I don't really view grabbing lunch from somewhere as an option even though there are a ton of options near the office.
I take lunch to work, it's cheaper and there aren't that many alternatives around for a quick bite and save money. Fast food can be $10-20 for lunch while leftovers might only be $5 in cost.
Tbh, my wife is a solid cook so it’s too good for me. I took leftovers and they were the highlight of my day. When I would go out I’d go to the local grocery store and grab their soup or salad. Which did add up but probably a nice compromise. Now I’m wfh and I just eat bagged salad. You could leave that in the fridge at work.
Start looking at the calories for most lunch food. It’s crazy high, like probably half of your daily intake. Stuff made at home is 1000% better for you.
The key part is, getting out of the office. Even if you bring it, walk outside and sit in the sun for a bit. And go to lunch, I brought and still ate out every Friday.
