Yes, the prison system in our country was designed to target those of low-income and minorities. Celebrities, and anyone with money basically, can pay their way out of crimes.
I definitely think that celebrities are given preferential treatment when it comes to committing crimes. They often get off with lesser sentences or no sentence at all, and their crimes are often swept under the rug. This is not fair to the average person who commits a crime and gets punished harshly for it.

There are two courts at play: the court of law, and the court of public opinion. There are plenty of cases where someone is found innocent of a crime but the public has already decided they are guilty. That is going to haunt the accused for the rest of their life.
True. People's lives can be ruined by false accusations. That's exactly why Johnny Depp filed a lawsuit against Amber Heard. Reputation matters and once it's got a stain on it, whether deserved or not, it will never go back.
I suspect they are, but I don't have any evidence of this. It seems like they are found not guilty more often than regular folk
