For me, I just needed to slow down and double (triple) check everything. Even if they say they need it asap, take the time to proof your work product. That time has to be built in. (And they likely don't really need it right now.)

A1 is right. Hang in there, OP. I went through this and was convinced that I just wasn’t capable of what they wanted. As I got more comfortable, I started getting in the habit of double and triple checking everything and trusting my instinct as to when I needed to re-review. You’ll get there. Don’t let this get to you.
Me. What year are you?
1st. It’s super disappointing to myself

I'm 2021. I feel like I will be getting fired at any moment. They are just waiting for enough time to past to justify it. But I made a few of these mistakes In my first few months and I still think about them.
The mistakes always feel magnified when you’re first starting out. Everyone makes mistakes. Once you’re done with something put it away for a bit and work on something else so you can come back to it with fresh eyes - time permitting. Reading out loud also helps me a ton.
Don’t sweat it. Good mentors or partners should give you advice on what to watch out for and how to think through a project as you do it. You’ll learn as you go. People make mountains out of mole hills
