Does anyone go to a popular dentistry (like Mint Dentistry)? I like the simplicity, Netflix, multiple locations, and predictability, but I get the feeling I’m not getting the best quality service, because there’s a different dentist every time I visit for a cleaning. Hi Fishies. Im 31 yrs old,spouse 33 yrs old. We are going with IVF due to male factor. Today we got PGT results from CCRM Boston. Among 7 embryos, 5 came normal. 1- 5AA(male), 1-5AA(female),1-4BB(tier2,female),1-4AA(tier1,female), 1-4AA(tier 1, male). What is the best embryo among them? This is my first IVF. And little nervous as well. What could be the reasons if the embryo is not implanted ? Is it something with to do with me? Do we need to do anything from our side, like acupuncture ?

6’0 and weighed in at 220lbs today. All time high and have gained 20lbs since gyms closed in March. When I did workout it was more or less 100% compound lifts. I’m now limited to a few kettlebells but am not even close to as consistent as I was. Any idea on how I can lose this excess 20lbs? I feel like it crept up over night.
