Does anyone have any experience with the United Chase Explorer card? Does the free checked bag apply to international flights (specifically to Europe)? If I book basic economy, would I still get that checked bag + a carry on? How does seat selection work on basic? What priority boarding group is associated with this card? I’m assuming the card alone will not make you eligible for upgrades, does the united club card do this? The explorer card is pretty cheap annually, but is this even worth it?

Interviewed for Deloitte S&A Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.
