I have 10-years of industry experience.

What do you guys think about blue suits (not quite navy) being used as a normal suit for work, interviews, etc? I may just be colour blind but I feel like most navy’s are just too close to black

I was selected for a l3 role via IJP in the 1st week of may and the hiring manager informed me via email that i had been selected for the role and requested confirmation to proceed with offer letter generation. I didn't hear anything from HM after that. When can I expect to receive an internal offer letter? Should I contact HM to know about the status ? Please provide some insights. TIA :)

I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.

Am quite worried here now, as I already said no to other companies !should I try looking again.

I'm currently interviewing for Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Gen roles. I have all the competencies required and can demonstrate all the skills through examples from my experience.

The issue I keep getting stuck at is my lack of people management experience. I have some people management from early roles, led project teams, agencies, and currently mentor people in the company. However the feedback is always lack of people mgmt exp.

Any tips on getting how to flip the narrative?

Why is it so difficult to make the next career move within your OWN company. I have over 7 years of experience across multiple departments and yet an external company is more willing to give an interview to select roles than your own home company for the same role internally!!

I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. I work heavily in AWS and am looking to learn another cloud platform. I have zero knowledge of azure and gcp and would like input on which to learn. Advice appreciated: I want to sublease my apartment so that I can rent elsewhere and pay less. I had to move in a short amount of time and it was during the period where there was a high demand for housing, & leases everywhere were expensive so I signed what I thought was fairly cheap in comparison to what was out there.
