I initially thought TC was 199k, but it’s actually 180k. Should I say something like “I was expecting 220. Is there anything you can do like a sign on bonus/raise base a bit to help get to 220?” To see if they can bump it up a bit?

I just don’t want to negotiate and get the offer rescinded.

Hi friends, I am initially trained on .net and angular in my company and then randomly put to Automation Testing in project. Also they are not relieving me from the current project . Can I apply for other companies with my knowledge of .net and angular? YOE- 2 years.

Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time. How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break.
