What is the job grade for sr specialist in nokia
I recently got a verbal offer from KPMG strategy. Is that more prestigious than like, most other firms? Like, I know MBB is done with recruiting; I feel like below MBB for name recognition is the Big 4 and other firms aren’t as reputable. I’m trying to decide whether or not I should interview and apply to other firms or just take this one (assuming a written offer ever comes along). Also, I prioritize work culture and exit opportunities over salary, but don’t want to be paid below poverty line.

Ideally it would take some items from manager and some from the director level
It would make sense. Having been part of PwC before and seeing Deloitte’s model now, the senior manager role = director at PwC and the director level is non-equitable partner
In my opinion, HR/Talent should have laid out the framework before introducing this new position. Having a mixed bag between Manager and Director is understood, but leaves people in a limbo in planning towards it.
