Does anyone know what the approx salary range for a Senior Associate working for a Big 4 member firm (doing consulting) in the Caribbean would be??

Hello amazing people. I currently work in CA as a HH RN and planning on relocating to MI in couple months.
I’m not sure about the most efficient way to proceed. Is it best to start as a travel HH RN? Do I apply directly with an agency that offers relocation benefits?….I have over 15 YOE, what’s the pay like in MI?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). All the pros outweighed the mediocre pay, but now with inflation rising, my paycheck isn't going as far and I'm having a really hard time trying to figure out if I should start looking elsewhere or if I should ask my boss for a raise.
